Before any charter aircraft is even considered for a charter flight, Luxury Business Jets provides our clients’ the peace-of-mind in knowing that all due diligence is exhausted to ensure client safety. While all aircraft carriers are required to be certified by the FAA and meet the Part 135 requirement of the Federal Aviation Regulations, this certification alone does not meet the Luxury Business Jets safety standard! Our clients’ safety is our highest priority and we are committed to make certain that all safety measures are reviewed and assessed prior to any flight.
We are proud to be one of the only charter companies who require and routinely review aircraft operator ratings, as well as carefully evaluate BOTH ARG/US Cheq reports and Wyvern Pass reports prior to all charter flight departures. In addition, we evaluate Aircraft Management teams and verify the Pilot in Command and the Second Pilot in Command flight experience and credentials.
Most importantly, Luxury Business Jets requires additional safety records for every charter aircraft we utilize on a quarterly basis, as well as require scheduled and random inspections be conducted in order to certify an aircraft for a Luxury Business Jets flight.
Our heightened level of safety requirements demonstrates our true commitment to client safety, which is confirmed by our perfect safety record. Luxury Business Jets requires that aircraft operators own at least $75 Million in liability insurance and up to $300 million, depending on aircraft type and size. Air carrier insurance certificates are verified quarterly and prior to each flight.
We are pleased to provide our clients with Additionally Insured policies upon request and at no additional cost.
